To make changes to your C&B VIP Subscription, you will need to do so via your sign up method (clayandbuck.com or through your app store).

*Please note that, because the Apple App Store is a 3rd party vendor, we do not have access to Apple's payment system so we're, unfortunately, limited in support options and cannot assist with billing requests.
First things first, please make sure you are logged in to your app store with the same email address used to purchase your subscription. It is possible to have more than 1 Apple ID.
For iPhone devices:
- Navigate to your device's settings application
- Click on your Name/Apple ID
- Scroll down to "Subscriptions"
- Select "Clay and Buck" from your subscriptions list
To upgrade your monthly subscription term to an annual subscription term on your iPhone:
- Select "See All Plans"
- Select the "Yearly Subscription" option and follow the purchase prompt
If you need to downgrade your annual subscription on your iPhone:
- Select "See All Plans"
- Select the desired option and follow the prompt
Need to cancel your subscription on your iPhone:
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Then "Confirm Cancellation"
*Please note that canceling your subscription still allows you to access C&B VIP features through the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you won't be charged again, but you also won't be able to access C&B VIP features. You can always re-sign up at a different time.
Canceling does not process a refund. To request a refund, you will need to partner directly with Apple Support.
