To make changes to your C&B VIP Subscription, you will need to do so via your sign up method (clayandbuck.com or through your app store).

First things first, please log in to your account and click on "Account" in the right, upper-hand corner. Then in the "My Account" pop-up, select the "Subscription" option.
- Looking to upgrade your monthly subscription term to an annual subscription term? Upgrading is easy!
- Select the yearly term option and confirm the upgrade
- Once confirmed, you're all set! Your plan will show as VIP and you will be billed the difference in the price of the plans.
- If you need to downgrade your annual subscription, you can send a Customer Support request here or you can email Customer Support at email@example.com.
- Need to cancel your subscription? To cancel, select the "Cancel" option under the "Cancel Subscription" section.
*Please note that canceling your subscription still allows you to access C&B VIP features through the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you won't be charged again, but you also won't be able to access C&B VIP features. You can always re-sign up at a different time.
Canceling does not process a refund. To request a refund, you will need to send a Customer Support request here or you can email Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
